...Airy Fairy, soft or fluffy, blue sky thinking or a cosy chat.
...Counselling ~ I'm not here to heal old wounds.
Counselling focuses on the past, where or why issues occur and ways to improve mental health in the present.
Coaching starts with the future in mind, begins with a healthy presence, plans a fulfilling future, identifies any internal or external challenges and takes action over them.
...Mentoring ~ I won't tell you what to do.
Mentoring involves an expert or trusted other providing advice on your issue based on what worked for them.
Coaching doesn't dictate as there's no one size fits all. It provides you with skills to solve current AND future problems. It's a safe space to acknowledge vulnerability, identify, explore and practice options that you create and seeks 'aha' moments of instinctive insights to take forward.

Coaching is impartial. Coaches aren't impacted by what choices you make (like your family, boss or best mate). I only encourage you to do the right thing BY YOU!
