I get a buzz out of helping others succeed and want to share that with my clients without the 'shoulds' that come through traditional employment paths. So I started H4Change!

MY JOURNEY
My adaptability to change supported my transformation and my coach(es) helped me find the courage to jump in with two feet. I built my business around change to help others achieve more too.
I have experienced quite a bit in my life (both instigated and imposed). I've moved around across the UK and to New York, had experienced bereavement, loss, relationship breakdowns and stressful work demands and settings. But I always bunce back, and find new doors opening behind challenging times that weren't obvious before. After a difficult period of personal loss in 2014 I told my employer I was taking time out as I had led work take over (I was hiding from life). I was leading my organisation and APM on change management but coaching gave me the courage to step out of my hole and seek more.
- Within 3 months -
I reassessed my values, refreshed early career dreams, decided what my future involved and built goals to move towards it.
- Within 6 months -
I left my role, started psychology HE, found a spiritual home, forgave my past and been offered a promotion in New York.
- Within 12 months -
I achieved coach certification sponsorship and built the business' North American Change Management service.
- Within 5 years -
I was put forward for Directorship, returned to the UK to refocus on my goals, completed a long desired Psychology MSc,
became and independent coaching practitioner and turned down amazing opportunities to re-enter my old life to start H4Change. I haven't looked back.

MY BACKGROUND
My career started in performance improvement where I collated data, built KPI's and supported leaders in management reviews and setting long term targets.
I stepped into Project Management after and found my niche at Kings Cross Station's redevelopment programme. From there I led major fit out and migration programmes and on to PMO set up and asset management transformation programmes as a consultant on global programmes and major projects.
Making a difference navigating the ambiguity and complexity of change became my passion. Change is my thing!
MY SKILLS
I'm an experienced coach, change and programme manager who has worked for some of the world's most successful companies to both deliver, and change the way they deliver, real estate or change projects.
Now I also help individuals who want more from their life, team's performance and career! Two of my early coaching clients were former bosses!
My sweet spot is balancing empathy with my clients' challenges with a call to action in finding what matters and getting to where they WANT to be.
I can help:
I'm all about championing others, team success, sensitivity, supportiveness, loyalty, respect and curiosity - I want to know what makes you tick so you can get the best of our time together.
..but I'm not soft or fluffy...
My leadership style is confident, authentic, ambitious, strong, collaborative and encouraging - I can hold a room's attention, hold others accountable (when social contracts are broken) and am humble in seeking opinions of others or providing the same in return.
...neither am I pushy...
I am not about hard selling, taking other people's credit, playing politics or one-upmanship. If we work together it's because you see us as partners where I'm on your side.
I provide a framework but the what we work on is what matters to you. Our partnership starts by finding and defining what your ideal future is and getting clarity on your goals. I'll then get you moving towards it by agreeing transparent plans with targeted outputs that build momentum.
Successfully embedding change requires: empathy, supportive resources, building trust and confidence in your capability, being resilient when hurdles come up and tools that work. All of which I bring to our partnership.
We'll move to 'what matters' to you, together, monitor progress, plan for the worst to protect success and check in to assess if anything needs adapting. Our goal is to make sure you get what you want from your changed future.
I researched burnout at Psychological Masters level as I'm passionate abut reducing its prevalence and impact.
I work with individuals experiencing or recovering from burnout to take control back of their self esteem, work life balance and career.
I also champion burnout reduction in organisations and offer free presentations to organisations interested in understanding burnout.
Burnout is often quoted but misunderstood as an individual's issue. But science has found it mainly stems from environmental contexts as it manifests through unrealistic targets, limited resource, demanding customers and a lack of support. I can help you understand who is most at risk and how to reduce burnout's impacts based on research into its relationship across cultures, resilience and perfectionism.
